How to make French Romaine Lettuce rolls
Veg option-Cottage cheese stuffing: cottage chesse crumbled with some balsamic vinegar, and pepper as a marinade. Then heat a pan put some olive oil, fennel seeds for tempering, add chopped onions, garlic, chillies and tomato, saute it well add some salt pepper and parsley then add the cottage cheese and mix it well. Stuff the filling inside farm fresh french romaine lettuce and make a roll out of it.
Non- veg option - Fish stuffing: Take any boneless fish boil the fish in normal water with salt pepper n little oil. Once boiled mash the fish. Heat a pan add olive oil, add some cumin for tempering, add some chopped onion, garlic, green chillies, tomato, salt n pepper and farm fresh greek basil, sautee it well and then add the mashed fish and mix it well. Stuff the filling inside farm fresh french romaine lettuce and roll it.
