How to Make Pesto Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken into bite sized cubes and then wash the chicken thoroughly and then keep aside to drain the excess water from it for 15 mins. While the water drains, take a mixer and add all the above ingredients and make a fine paste out of it. Now pat dry the chicken with a wet towel and Add the Marinade to the chicken and mix it well, use your hand if required. Next keep the marinated chicken aside for an hour.
In the meantime Preheat the Oven for 30 mins at 120C. After an hour Grill or Roast the marinated pesto chicken at 165C for 45 mins flipping each side on intervals

Store bought wheat tortilla pan toasted, wasabi mayo, grilled pesto chicken, chopped onions, tomatoes, avocado, yellow cheddar, ranch.
