Pay on delivery
Binge Farm Fresh currently accepts Pay On Delivery as well. After the delivery personnel brings your ordered products to your opted location, you can pay online through UPI ID and other legal, authorized and popular Payment Apps through the QR Code provided by the delivery person.
Can I return a wrong item?
If you have ordered an item but received a different item, then you can return the received item. The refund process will be initiated after complete verification of the placed order, order received, the entire process and the product returned.
What shall I do in case of any disputes regarding cancellation and return?

What shall I do if the product is found damaged or rotten?

How will I get refunded?
If your payment has been done through Credit/Debit card or net banking, then the money will be refunded within 2-4 business days after your cancellation, after reviewing the reason behind cancellation. For UPI Linked Bank Accounts as well, the refund will be processed in 2-4 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, the refunds will be processed either directly to your Bank Account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) within 2-4 business days. For Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase, the refunds can also be transferred via Immediate Payment System (IMPS) transfers (a 24 hours refund policy).
Kindly Note: The refunds can only be processed to the registered account. The name and other details of the Binge Farm Fresh account holder, i.e. the purchaser details shall match with the name and personal detail of the Bank Account Holder. Refunds shall not be processed to any third-party accounts.
